Why is this free for me?
Because sending costs nothing. What is paid for is registration — it gives a practice its own key, allowing it to receive everything digitally and encrypted, decrypt it and transfer it straight into its own system. That saves the practice time, and that is what it pays for.

We do not sell data — we could not even if we wanted to: the entries are encrypted before they leave the device. We cannot read them.
4What is DiggAI?
Fill it in once, exchange it securely with any practice.
Readable only by the sender and the practice they choose. The entries are encrypted on the device and only decrypted again at the practice. We transport nothing but the sealed envelope.

Sending stays free. What you pay for is the connection to your management system: a one-off charge to set up the interface, then ongoing support.
