DiggAIDigital Global Health Assistant InteractiveYour health information – always with you.

For everyone who wants to tell a practice something or send them documents.

1The memory of your background information

Record once. Update. Reuse for life.

The record is stored locally on your device. You can keep several records on one device — for example for your children or for relatives in need of care.

Structured, not scattered

Structured background information instead of a loose collection of documents

Several records

Any number of health records on one device

Printable at any time

Printable at any time — even without a card terminal

Shared only on your click

Passed on only after your active decision

One scan — and the practice is connected. Exchange, documents and updates to the medical history — encrypted and direct.

2For patients

Fill in once — use everywhere.

You provide your background information a single time. After that, the same structured medical history is ready at every care provider — you never have to start over again.

Family doctor

The same medical history, updatable at any time.

Specialist

Without telling your history all over again.

Hospital

Can also be shown on paper, without any technology.

Care home

The facility makes the request to the practice for you.

Free for patients

Permanently, no account, no subscription.

Grows with you for life

Fill it in once, reuse it with every practitioner.

You stay in control

The record stays with you. You decide who sees what.

Your data stays with youNo central health record: your record is on your device — not in our database.

3Here security is not a marketing claim, it is architecture

Encrypted before it leaves your device.

Your information is encrypted on your own device and only decrypted again at the practice. We merely carry the sealed envelope.

Central systems · Many records in one place

  • Central database — Millions of records
  • A single attack affects millions of records.

DiggAI · Only you and your practice can read it

  • No central health record
  • No private key held by the operator
  • No master key

What no one can decrypt, no one can steal.

4And what about the national health record?

The difference lies in where your data is not stored.

ePA

All records in one place

A single attack affects millions of records.

  • Whoever has access sees the entire record — not only what relates to today.
  • Not end-to-end encrypted: the record system can make your documents readable.
  • A pile of documents, mostly PDF — the practice has to search and retype.
  • Access through permissions that have to be managed.
DiggAI

Only you and your practice can read it

DiggAI only passes it on

  • We do not create a record. In transit there is only encrypted text — once the practice has collected it, it is deleted.
  • Each practice sees only the one case you sent them — never your entire history.
  • Structured instead of PDF — the details go into the practice software without retyping.
  • No master key. Not even we can read along.

Access to the ePA means: the entire record. Access to DiggAI means: this one case.

What sits in the ePA — and what you send with DiggAI The ePA accumulates everything ever gathered — including long-outdated documents, unstructured and readable in plain text by anyone with access. With your health record you transmit only the current details needed for this one request. And you decide what the practice gets to see.

The ePA is built so that the operator should not read along. DiggAI is built so that we cannot.

The most common misconception: “My record is on my health card.” The card is the key, not the safe. It only holds your basic insurance details. It merely unlocks permission to read the centrally stored record — which is kept somewhere else. Not an either-or: the ePA collects what arises after the appointment — DiggAI fills the gap before it. DiggAI is independent of the ePA and not connected to it.

5Three situations everyone knows.

What does this give me at my next appointment?

SituationWithoutWith DiggAI
In the waiting roomFilling in the form by hand in the waiting roomYour details are already there
MedicationListing your medication from memoryYour list is up to date and complete
At the specialistTelling the whole story again at the specialistYour record comes along — you decide what to share

And that applies from day one. The very first completed form already saves you the paperwork in the waiting room — you do not have to wait for the record to grow.

Prepare for your appointment with AI

First you download a local AI model to your device via the app. The download happens once; after that the AI also works offline. Then you prepare your appointment: based on your entries, the AI suggests questions you can ask during the consultation — and lists what you should bring along.

Processing takes place exclusively on your device. Your entries are not transmitted for this.

7For your records

Advance healthcare directive and power of attorney — filled in yourself

Two documents you are best off having before you need them. You answer a few questions and we compose a draft for you to review — to print, save or file in your health record. It does not replace medical, legal or notarial advice.

Advance healthcare directive

“I do not wish for any life-prolonging measures; only basic care and the relief of pain and symptoms should be provided (palliative care).”

Lasting power of attorney

“Where several persons are authorised, each of them is entitled to act as representative individually.” — “The power of attorney covers the following areas: …”

The documents are produced in German — above is a verbatim excerpt from the original text.

Why is this free for me?

Because sending costs nothing. What is paid for is registration — it gives a practice its own key, allowing it to receive everything digitally and encrypted, decrypt it and transfer it straight into its own system. That saves the practice time, and that is what it pays for.

WhoWhat they pay
Patientpays nothing — today and permanently
Partnerpays nothing as long as they are not registered — and can still send to any registered practice
Registeredpays to receive everything encrypted, decrypt it and transfer it into their own practice software
DiggAIsees only encrypted data in all three cases

We do not sell data — we could not even if we wanted to: your details are encrypted before they leave your device. We cannot read them.

9The real difference

While other systems collect data, DiggAI connects people and facilities.

Your health record stays with you. The practice receives structured information. Everyone exchanges securely — and technically we cannot read the contents.
